Abstract Submission

Important Note: While the EasyChair system refers to the uploaded file as a "Paper", at this stage you are only required to upload your abstract in PDF format, prepared using the template.

Please make sure to:
  • Fill in all required fields on the EasyChair submission form (title, authors, affiliations, etc.).
  • Fully complete the abstract template before converting it to PDF. This includes selecting:
    • your presentation preference (Oral or Poster),
    • your attendance preference (In person or Online), and
    • whether you intend to submit a full paper.
Please ensure no fields are left blank or unchecked.
Full paper submission is not required during this phase. It will be opened following a general announcement, at which point you will be able to replace your uploaded file with the full paper.

Proceedings & Journal Publications

Note: The special issue arrangement for full paper publications in the announced SCIE-indexed journal has been withdrawn after careful consideration. Any updates regarding future special issue agreements for extended or full papers will be announced here. The Procedia Structural Integrity special issue will be published as planned.

Hybrid Contribution Methodology

  • The participants will have the right to attend and to contribute to the meeting using both in-person and online options.
  • The online contributions will be uploaded to the YouTube channel and the attendees will have the right to watch the presentations before and after the workshop.
  • Both online and in-person participants will have the right to submit their papers to Procedia Structural Integrity Journal and their abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts with ISBN number.
  • The participants attending in-person, could use the option of publishing their work on Youtube channel instead of presenting live at the workshop.
